Dr. Sarah Wondmeneh serves as a CDC Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer in the Division of STD Prevention. She earned her medical and master of public health degrees at Washington University in St. Louis and completed residency and chief residency in internal medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Wondmeneh has a long-held passion for improving health equity, with a particular interest in working with people and communities disproportionately impacted by poor health and disease.
